We’ve spent a lot of time talking about the workouts and the gyms we love. After about a year and a half sharing our own experiences, we wanted to bring people together to share an experience.
We started Sweatworking to give busy Chicagoans at all fitness levels a way to fit socializing and fitness into their busy days. We visit a new gym every month where we pack an efficient workout and socializing over healthy snacks into 90 minutes.
Past events took us on a tour of Chicago. We worked out at Lakeshore Sport and Fitness.
We tried a tough, but scalable workout at Atlas Performance.
We Sweatworked twice in one week at CrossTown Fitness.
And it all started at AIR Aerial Fitness.
